Autoimmune condition support

Complex care, coordinated.
No treatment in isolation.

Supportive Ayurvedic guidance for people with diagnosed autoimmune conditions, designed to sit alongside specialist monitoring and prescribed treatment—not replace it.

The approach

Support begins with
the whole picture.

Because autoimmune conditions and medicines vary widely, any complementary plan must be diagnosis-specific, conservative and coordinated with the treating specialist.

Worldwide online consultation enquiries are welcomed. The scope of advice, treatment and prescribing depends on clinical suitability, the patient's location and applicable local regulations.

Understanding the concern

Autoimmune conditions are a diverse group—not one diagnosis.

In autoimmune disease, the immune system mistakenly targets the body's own tissues. Different conditions may affect joints, skin, thyroid, bowel, nerves, kidneys or several organs, and the diagnosis usually depends on the overall clinical picture and specific testing.

Symptoms can flare and settle, but fatigue, pain or inflammation alone cannot confirm an autoimmune condition. Specialist diagnosis and monitoring help prevent avoidable organ damage.

Could this be part of the picture?

Patterns that deserve medical evaluation

Symptoms depend on the organs involved and may overlap with infection, endocrine conditions, nutrient deficiencies and other causes.

The Ayurvedic perspective

The Ayurvedic lens—and its limits

There is no single classical category equivalent to all autoimmune disease. An Ayurvedic assessment may consider Agni, Ama, Dosha, Dhatu, Ojas, symptom pattern and the effects of chronic illness and treatment.

This framework may inform supportive routines, but it cannot replace immunology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, endocrinology or dermatology care, laboratory monitoring or disease-modifying medicines.

Traditional Ayurvedic terminology describes a clinical framework; it should not be read as a guaranteed mechanism, result or replacement for modern diagnosis.

How Dr. Dhyani may help

Classical principles.
Clear modern context.

The exact plan varies by individual. These are areas an appointment may explore—not a standard protocol or promise of outcome.

01

Diagnosis-specific context

The confirmed condition, organs involved, disease activity and treatment plan come before general wellness advice.

02

Supportive daily care

Sleep, nourishment, stress, activity pacing and suitable Ayurvedic guidance may support quality of life.

03

Monitoring & coordination

Changes are reviewed against symptoms, medicines, tests and the specialist's flare or safety plan.

A considered consultation

What Dr. Dhyani
may consider.

  1. 01

The exact diagnosis, affected organs, symptoms that indicate a flare and current disease activity.

  2. 02

Specialist plan, medicines, immunosuppression, monitoring results and previous complications.

  3. 03

Sleep, fatigue, nourishment, movement tolerance, stress and day-to-day function.

  4. 04

Potential medicine–herb interactions, infection risk and when local in-person care is essential.

Care, coordinated

Autoimmune treatment should never be stopped abruptly.

Do not reduce steroids, immunosuppressants, thyroid hormone, biologics or other prescribed treatment without the specialist. High fever while immunosuppressed, severe breathlessness or chest pain, new weakness or confusion, reduced urine, blood in stool or rapidly worsening symptoms need urgent medical care.

Ayurvedic care may complement appropriate conventional treatment; it does not replace emergency care, prescribed medicines, diagnostic evaluation or necessary specialist review.
