Sustainable routines
Practical food, movement and daily-routine guidance designed to fit real life rather than short-lived extremes.
Obesity & healthy weight support
A respectful, sustainable approach to weight and metabolic wellbeing, grounded in individual assessment rather than restrictive trends or one-size-fits-all plans.

The approach
Care begins by understanding health history, food patterns, activity, sleep, stress, medicines and metabolic or hormonal conditions—without shame or unrealistic promises.
Worldwide online consultation enquiries are welcomed. The scope of advice, treatment and prescribing depends on clinical suitability, the patient's location and applicable local regulations.

Obesity means excess body fat is affecting, or is likely to affect, health. BMI and waist measurements can be useful screening tools, but they do not tell the whole story and should be interpreted with ethnicity, muscle mass, medicines and overall health in mind.
Weight can be influenced by sleep, stress, food access, hormones, health conditions, mobility, medicines, genetics and life stage. Respectful care looks at the full context.
Could this be part of the picture?
Appearance alone cannot diagnose metabolic health. A combination of measurements, health history and—when appropriate—medical tests provides better context.
A rising waist measurement or weight trend
Breathlessness, fatigue or reduced mobility
Snoring or unrefreshing sleep
Joint or back discomfort affecting activity
High blood pressure, glucose, fatty liver or lipid results
The Ayurvedic perspective
Ayurveda discusses Sthaulya and Medoroga in relation to Meda Dhatu, Agni, Kapha, movement, appetite and daily routine.
This lens is used to personalise supportive routines; it should not replace assessment for diabetes, thyroid disorders, sleep apnoea, hormonal conditions or cardiovascular risk.
Traditional Ayurvedic terminology describes a clinical framework; it should not be read as a guaranteed mechanism, result or replacement for modern diagnosis. How Dr. Dhyani may help
The exact plan varies by individual. These are areas an appointment may explore—not a standard protocol or promise of outcome.
Practical food, movement and daily-routine guidance designed to fit real life rather than short-lived extremes.
Existing diabetes, blood pressure, lipid, hormonal and other health factors are considered alongside medical monitoring.
Sleep, stress, digestion, energy and relationship with food may be discussed as part of a respectful care plan.
A considered consultation
Weight history, health goals and what has or has not felt sustainable before.
Food patterns, appetite, digestion, movement, sleep, stress and working routines.
Relevant diagnoses, medicines, test results and care from physicians or dietitians.
Realistic, health-centred next steps and an appropriate plan for review.
Care, coordinated
There is no guaranteed amount or speed of weight change. Significant unexplained weight change, symptoms of an eating disorder, uncontrolled diabetes, chest pain, breathlessness or other acute concerns require appropriate medical care. Prescribed medicines should not be changed without the treating clinician.
Ayurvedic care may complement appropriate conventional treatment; it does not replace emergency care, prescribed medicines, diagnostic evaluation or necessary specialist review.
